Ms. Lao Mengxue

Hi, I’m Ms. Lao. I have been actively involved in part-time teaching, gaining valuable experience working with students of various backgrounds.

From September to October 2024, I worked as a part-time teacher at Jingjing Chinese, where I was responsible for delivering Chinese lessons after assessing students’ proficiency levels. My role included writing student progress reports, discussing learning outcomes with academic advisors, and collaborating with them to communicate with parents. Based on the feedback, I applied tailored teaching methods to suit each student’s needs, ensuring effective learning through individualized instruction.

During August to October 2024, I also taught as a part-time teacher at PPtutor. My responsibilities included delivering lessons using company-provided materials, assigning homework according to the students’ levels, and preparing weekly and monthly reports. I collaborated closely with course advisors to assess students’ classroom performance, adopting appropriate teaching strategies based on our discussions. 

I am patient, caring, and confident, always eager to acquire new skills as required by my work. With a solid understanding of child and adolescent psychology, I am able to observe and understand students’ mental states in class, ensuring that I adapt my teaching approach to meet their emotional and educational needs.
